If you’re one of those people who “doesn’t feel much”, a kind of flatline without much up or down happening within. Have you ever wondered…
Is there truly nothing happening within me?
… Or is that I just can’t feel it?
One day Sarah Schülke found herself wondering about this exact question. It sparked a journey out of her head, into her body, and onto the path of embodied movement practices.
Today we’re speaking with Sarah to explore her experience with:
- Moving from an inner flatline – to an inner fulfillment by listening to her body
- Using embodied movement practice to figure out her path
- As well as navigating physical symptoms, sleep & feeling increasingly safe
Sarah & I work together in our Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification. Here, we use Embodied Movement Practices, such as Primal Feminine Flow, to cultivate a deeper embodied personal mastery as practitioners. You can find more about Sarah’s work at www.machs-mit.com
What is a Feminine Embodiment Practice?
A Feminine Embodiment Practice, such a Primal Feminine Flow, is a devotional practice designed to drop you out of your head & into the currents of aliveness present in the body.
By turning up your inner sensitivity & allowing it flow through subtle, organic movements, this form of moving meditation helps women process emotions in real time, connect more deeply with deep self, and surface their radiant aliveness.

Truly empowering womxn to walk their unique path – rooted in deep self-trust – and watching the powerful ripple effect this has – that’s what I’m here for.
As both a coach and facilitator of transformative group spaces, I help womxn stand in their power, take up space, and use their voice while embracing flow, vulnerability, softness and connection.
I desire for them to feel deeply connected to their body’s knowing of “This is me. This is what I want. This feels good and true to me. And this is how I do it – it’s my way.”
Through tools like feminine embodiment, transformative breathwork, parts work, and trances, I guide lasting, meaningful transformation, honoring their unique needs and pace.
My vision extends beyond personal growth: I strive to build a strong, supportive community where womxn celebrate, uplift, and inspire one another – because together, we rise.
